Ice cream flavors span the range from the classic, like Tahitian Vanilla Bean, to the adventurous—such as Brown Butter Candied Bacon, Fried Chicken & Waffles, and Spicy Pineapple & Cilantro sorbet. Cookies come in twelve different varieties; gluten-free and vegan options are also available. Not only are each of the sammies built by hand, they’re also served in zero-waste edible wrappers. Ingredients are always all-natural and hormone-free; when you bite into a Coolhaus treat, you’re doing something good for Mother Nature AND your sweet tooth!
