Scholarship donations to CCDF The Coppell Community Development Foundation (CCDF) is a 501c(3) that helps provide assistance for business, philanthropic, and education programs in Coppell.

Each year the CCDF calls for, accepts and reviews college scholarship applications from graduating high school seniors from CISD; subsequently, the CCDF then awards all scholarship money raised within the prior 12 month period. Donations are accepted year-round, as well as funds generated from targeted fund-raising efforts. Contribution for Scholarship Awards - $250 and up, unlimited amount • All scholarship donations of $1000 or over will earn ability to be a “named” scholarship providing you the ability to use your company or personal name on the awarded scholarship.

CISD New Employee Breakfast The Coppell Chamber of Commerce partners with Coppell ISD to host the annual New Employee Breakfast. This breakfast is an orientation to teachers who are new to teaching, or just new to Coppell

Women in Business In it’s first year, Woman in Business is a program devoted to the empowerment of woman providing opportunities to embrace their unique strengths through networking, education and events.

This group meets monthly, first Wednesday of each month, venue locations may rotate from the Chamber office to a different business location that host event. This new program has been received very well, and expected growth is projected to triple based on it’s popularity and participation.

Mega Market Mega Market is a 3 hour event focused on networking and the unique opportunity for companies to present their products and services to an estimated 60-100 prospective clients. Member Orientation Chamber Member Orientation is held quarterly by the Coppell Chamber for members to familiarize themselves with the mission, programs, benefits, events, etc. that are available to them through their membership in the Coppell Chamber. The Board of Directors, Committee and Event Chairs and Chamber Staff in attendance are all introduced to those attending.

Likewise, each attending member is asked to introduce themselves and give a brief overview of their business and what they are interested in receiving from their Chamber membership.

Connections Breakfast & Lunch The Chamber Connections Group encourages networking and business growth among Chamber Members through referrals and participation. Each month, one member gives a 10 minute spotlight presentation.
