Children and Young People’s Summer Activities in Coppull 2011 Summer Activities for 2011 As part of their extended schools service Coppull Primary & Children's Centre, Coppull St John’s, Coppull Parish and Coppull St Oswald’s have again worked with ‘Get up and Go’ and other partners to develop a programme of activities for children and young people over the school holidays. Also, don’t forget to look at the Yarrow Valley timetable of activities on the back page of this leaflet for more things to do! Activities can be booked online at www.chorley.gov.uk/getupandgo (unless stated otherwise) or you can use the booking form inside the Chorley SMILE Magazine which is available at the beginning of July from Schools, the Leisure Centre or the Library. Each School is running a session to help with bookings – check out when with your school. Coppull Young People’s Services The Young People’s Service are hosting a range of activities for young people throughout the summer . On Saturday 16th July, Coppull Children’s Centre is hosting a ‘Family Fun Day’ from 10am—3pm. There will be activities for children aged 0-5 years so come along and join in the fun!

Parents are invited to join the rangers for this walk which will get away from ‘pram friendly’ routes where possible. Baby carriers and stout footwear essential. Join the rangers at Astley Park and make insect hotels that you can take home and put in your garden for insects to live in. This is a drop in family session with NO NEED TO BOOK.
