COREcruitment have a multi-layered attraction method but our basic screening philosophy is very simple
1/3 Technical Ability
1/3 Culture Fit
1/3 Motivation
Is there a clear incentive for the candidate to do well in the role?
Is the role and company in line with the candidate’s career aspirations?
Does the travel/logistics / demands of the role match with the candidates needs and wants?
Where possible we build our methodology into the recruitment process. A four-stage approach involving business planning as well as interviewing to test a candidate’s motivation for a role as well as their ability.
How does the candidate conduct themselves?
Which have been their most successful relationships?
What is their perceived / actual management style?
Does their style match with that of the business and does it have to?
How will the relationships work at a senior level within the business?
Does the candidate have a technical background?
Is the individual “high potential” with a solid track record?
We can screen and reference technical ability. It will exclude 99.9% of the population from most roles. What have they achieved in their current role?
COREcruitment will look at multiple sectors and markets to identify top performing companies with synergies with your business and will identify the individuals there-in who have cultivated their success.
COO – Flexible Office Provider – Salary £150,000 (neg)
B-Corp business with strengths existing in Founder team to include, Legal. Finance and Design. What was lacking was a true Operator. The Client was keen to meet candidates with proven Hospitality Operations leadership and / or those coming from a workspace environment who could scale a business.
Incoming candidate would be joining a small leadership team, so culture fit was of the utmost importance.
Director
– Facilities
Group – Salary £200,000 (neg )
A truly unique proposition to deliver exceptional workplace services to global financial services client – annual contract value £500M+
Client was keen to look outside of sector (FM) at high-performing individuals with a proven track record of large-scale, complex delivery. Exposure to global matrix organisation and exceptional commercial acumen were required. The role would support a multi-million pound investment to re-model a global corporate real estate portfolio into a more intuitive, colleague-led, campus style environment.
Commercial Director – Mixed Used Asset Owner / Developer – Salary £130,000
Client is the owner developer of trophy assets globally, this role would focus on UK / London
Incoming candidate should have prior knowledge of a number of contract types across construction, development and investment.
