Expat Nomad Visa

REQUIREMENTS AND DURATION:

DURATION: Residence permit 1 year or depends on the duration of the activity, with the possibility of extending it up to 5 years. After this period, you can apply for permanent residence in Spain.

1. Only applies to people who have foreign companies or work remotely for companies outside the national territory.

2. Certificate that your work can be done remotely.

3. Carry out activities for a company located outside of Spain.

4. Certificate of criminal record.

5. Have public insurance or private health insurance arranged with an insurance entity authorized to operate in Spain

6. Have su cient financial resources for themselves and their family members during their period of residence in Spain.

7. Copy of the complete passport or valid travel document. (all pages)

8. Proof of having paid the fee (mod. 790 038) also attached proof of payment if this is not reflected on the 790 model itself

9. Telecommuter Signed Request Form (MIT Form)

10. Accreditation of employment/professional relationship of at lVeast three months to the date of application with the foreign company/companies with which maintain that relationship.

11. Accreditation of real and continuous activity for at least one year of the foreign company or group of companies with which the worker maintains a working or professional relationship.

12. Letter from the foreign company, authorizing the development of the work in remote from Spain proving job profile, salary to be received, terms and other conditions in which the activity will be carried out remote profesional

13. Copy of the degree related to the performance of the position or in its case minimum substitute experience of that in functions similar to the since it is intended to perform
