Urgent Need: Foster Care Parents! Hundreds of lives have been saved so far because of the Coulee Region Humane Society’s Foster Care program. Since its implementation nearly three years ago, over 1,200 animals have received care through the program. More than 500 animals received foster care through the humane society last year! As Spring approaches, we will need more foster care parents to care for orphaned kittens, pregnant mother cats, and nursing mother cats. We also need foster care parents for dogs that need behavior modification. Foster care is the most direct way you can impact the life of a shelter animal. Learn more about fostering at couleehumane.com. For questions, contact our Foster Coordinator, Arika Arndt, at arika.arndt@couleehumane.com.
