Century Logistics Names Stuart Ager as New Managing Director
Thetford-based Century Logistics Ltd, a leading East Anglian logistics provider has announced the appointment of Stuart Ager as Managing Director. He takes over the role from founder Stephen Basey-Fisher who started the company in Beccles twenty four years ago. Stephen will now become Executive Chairman and will remain an active member of the Board.

During his time as Operations Director, Stuart has helped continue to grow the company whilst navigating it through the unique trading conditions of the last eighteen months” said Stephen. Stuart commented , “Over the past four years , I ha e seen first hand what a great usiness we have, and I am determined to continue to improve Century, both for our highly valued employees and dynamic customers ”. Stuart joined Century in 2017 and brings with him 20 years of experience in the logistics sector. Century Logistics is a rapidly expanding, nationaly recognised, family owned third party logistics prov ider based in East Anglia providing warehousing and added value solutions. It employs over 200 people and has warehouses at Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, and Thetford. Most of the goods stored come through the Port of Felixstowe, the UK’s largest container port.
