Covenant Family, While I love the meaning, celebration, and great food the holiday season brings, it seems to come with a certain tension and pressure that throws me off my game. Maybe you can relate. Typically, it’s not until January 2, that I seem to have my head about me. What’s great about this time, is that after spending a tremendous amount of energy looking back with gratitude and reflection, January suddenly and dramatically shifts our gaze forward with a renewed hope for tomorrow. I’m hopeful that 2018 brings the kind of opportunities for which we have all prepared, both personally and professionally. As we serve in our roles alongside the 900 other families, I continue to be inspired by your sacrifice and dedication to excellence. Long nights, hard shifts, bitterly cold winds, and impossible tasks have been part of your day as of late while our company works on 450 locations serving scores of customers across the nation. In 2018, we will hire hundreds more people, drive millions of miles, work millions of hours, and continue to maintain our status as the largest privately held well flow management company in the US. I make this commitment to you: As your leader, I will do my best to maintain the amazing and infectious, high performing, servant leader culture that drives us all and makes Covenant a great place to work. I hope you will help with this. Our challenges are some of the largest we’ve faced as the industry heats up and new obstacles rise up around us. However, more than ever, I am convinced we can accomplish anything, and that we are not only strong, but COVENANT STRONG. I’m overwhelmingly grateful and blessed to be your leader and I wish you a very happy, and healthy year.

struggling with a loss? Finances? addiction? or more? Lincoln Financial offers confidential guidance and resources to all Covenant employees and/or an immediate household member.
Many might remember that on Tuesday, November 28th Covenant offered a match for every donation made that day for “Giving Tuesday.” Giving Tuesday, always the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, has become a Global Giving Movement where people join together to make a positive impact in the world through financial giving, hands-on serving, or by raising awareness for a cause. Since COMMUNITY is one of our core values, Covenant encouraged it’s family to join the movement by making a donation to a charity of choice, which would be matched by the company. Check out the list of organizations our family served through their generous Giving Tuesday donations! FELICA PHELPS
PAYROLL SUPERVISOR, SUGAR LAND, TX If you’ve had Payroll questions of any kind, you’ve likely talked to Felica Phelps, Covenant’s Payroll Supervisor. It goes without saying that Payroll is a mammoth job, especially for a work force the size of Covenant’s. Let’s meet the woman that keeps all the hours straight, data tracked, deadlines met, processes running efficiently, and makes pay day happen for every Covenant employee. Felica, originally from Connecticut, has lived in Texas for eight years. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her husband, James and children, Jayden and Annabella. They enjoy cooking together, especially her favorite meal, Cajun Style Pasta. When asked if she could provide us some fun facts, Felica said, “I just love to laugh and have a good time. Most people who talk to me know I tell it how it is, and I like to joke around and give people a hard time (in a good way). I also try to be very helpful, so if anyone needs anything I try to make all 900 things on my plate a priority and make sure everyone gets the help they need.” Felica wants Covenant employees to feel comfortable coming to her with their needs, and know she’s always here to help. What Felica loves most about working for Covenant is the dynamic and values of the company, which continue to make her truly enjoy being a part of the family.
You can reach Felica @ Felica.Phelps@ctest.com or 832-590-9705.
