c o l l a b o r at i o n | c o m m u n i t y | p r o f i c i e n cy | s a f e t y | d e d i c at i o n | e xc e l l e n c e | Over the years, I’ve heard Influential people in my life talk about how they have lived their lives by what comes down to three common themes:

LOVE WORKING AT COVENANT? LET THE WORLD KNOW! A good word from as many as possible in our #CovenantFamily gives us a competitive advantage in recruiting.

Also follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram to stay up-to-date with important Covenant happenings.

o o o

Have a positive attitude (everyday no matter what). Produce quality work/results and maintain a standard of excellence (a championship mentality). A little bit of give a darn (or a little extra effort) goes a long way.

These are things I have carried with me throughout my time in school, in athletics, in my pre-oilfield life and now at Covenant. The markets we work in are competitive, extremely competitive! Taking a moment to look at the things our Team has accomplished over the last 5-1/2 years makes me incredibly proud and I am appreciative of each person’s individual contribution and their groups’ contribution to our TEAM GOAL. Good people working safely, providing an excellent service and giving a little extra give a darn (each shift, each hitch and on each project) are the factors that have been a winning combination. In my opinion that is what makes Covenant – Covenant. Looking into the future, I am excited about the road ahead knowing that a little extra effort (or a little extra give a darn) will be a deciding factor in our future successes. I hope that each of us can take the opportunity to take a step back and see where we can embrace these three things and continue to put them into practice.

one A huge shout out to our newest Covenant District in North Dakota and the entire Bakken crew. Since rigging up on their first job in January of this year, the team of 33 and growing has completed 3 straight months of record-breaking revenue. July was their best month yet, and this dedicated and hardworking team went out on jobs for 3 new customers. Through their collaboration and excellence in the field, they have fostered true unity with each other and built a strong foundation and reputation for Covenant in this new district. These men work long hours in extreme temperatures ranging from 100+ degree heat to blizzard conditions and minus 50 below temperatures, while still performing at a top level. With a team like this, the future looks very bright for Covenant in North Dakota. Thank you to the whole team, keep up the great work guys! Also, special thanks to Amy Pacheco (Northern Division HR Manager) for her frequent trips to North Dakota to make sure our Covent Family up north has everything they need!

If you have a recognition you would like to send us, please email those to: covenantcares@ctest.com

NORTHERN DIVISION Michael Passarelli was working the night shift on a new well turn-on, while completing an hourly check he noted a strange sound – he investigated and found an electrical system failure (sparks arcing from nearby equipment). He ESD’d and evacuated personnel from location, reported the incident to the Company rep and his CTT Supervisor, and submitted a follow-up report in iScout. iScout reports get sent to our Customer ’s Foreman, Superintendent and HSE Team for review – they unanimously chose him as their June’s good catch winner. Great work, Mike! Jeffrey Seay has been a big ambassador of our Brothers Keeper program - he is always

willing to help, train-up new employees and has been a huge resource for new/on-boarding employees. Keep up the great work Jeff!

James Condon recently switched accounts, and the Company rep has nothing but good

things to say about him. He covers last minute shifts, he has a great attitude, and follows all company directives with no push back. Thank you, James for your efforts and can-do attitude!

SOUTHERN DIVISION Weston Dillon One of the very best supervisors at Covenant. Always available and dependable. Accepts correction very well and never has to be told twice. He will help anyone that needs it without being asked. Overall Weston is an exceptional young man. Sable Cruz Our longest standing admin in WTX that I am aware of. She is literally our goto for almost anything. She always happy to help in any way she can and is just pleasant to work with. Thank you Sable for all that you do!

John Gonzalez, Martin Carbajal, Manny Lowe, Domingo Aguilar, Gabe Lewinski, George Tijerina, Rick Canales, Wayne Green, Nate Monk, Jose Carbjial, Jesus Carbajal, Corando Baratda, Leo Trejo This team of guys did a great job on a 12 well pad for one of our customers in South Texas. Thank you all for doing an amazing job!

Glenn (Northern Division Well Testing sporting his Covenant hat) and Trevor Barrett (Greeley Shop) are both a part of our team in Colorado. Trevor also plays semi-pro football for the NOCO Nightmare in Greeley. Thanks for this pic, guys! Brian (Northern Division Regional Manager) and Dawn Mulholland from the Colorado office enjoyed some time away with some Covenant Swag along for the ride. Kyle (Northern Division VP) and Jen Pope with their boys at the Greeley Stampede. Brian Inches (District Manager, North Dakota) proves that Covenant Hats are good luck on fishing trips. What a catch! Fallon (Production Manager, Colorado) Family members take Covenant with them whether just hanging out or visiting Niagara Falls.

JENNIFER MCCOY JENNIFER MCCOY IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN SIBLEY . “I have worked for Covenant for just over 2 years. Not only do I enjoy the fast paced work environment and the knowledge about the oilfield that I’ve gained during the last few years, I truly love all the guys I get to work with. Most of them are like family and I’ve developed a lot of really wonderful relationships. When I’m off work I’m usually at home with my husband, Lyle; daughter, Bella and son Lanny. However, if I have a little time to sneak off by myself, I like to go antiquing. Most people may not know that I love to take pictures of old abandoned churches, old cemeteries and graffiti. I love anything old, unique, and beautiful.”

Jim Jorgensen | COLORADO Production Operator

We would like to recognize Jim Jorgensen. Not only did he step up and help out a fellow coworker during a personal medical situation, but recently, he was also the first to arrive on the scene of a deadly accident along the interstate where 1 person was killed, and 2 others were in critical condition. Jim stopped and provided support and assistance before Medical help arrived. Thank you, Jim, for this shining example of being a Brothers Keeper.

Thank you Jenifer! Open Enrollment is an opportunity for every person in the Covenant Family to select the benefit coverage that is best for them. Jenifer Rodriguez, received a special recognition from John Cavitt and Anthony Bilotto for her amazing work, not only traveling to our regions to help us all understand our different options, but also fielding countless phone calls and text messages to answer questions.

- HEAT AWARENESS With the summer heat upon us, we need to be mindful of taking all of the appropriate precautions – especially hydration. Consider the additional water our bodies lose. If you don’t replace the water you lose, you will become dehydrated. Sweat contains electrolytes and they are essential for helping your muscles contract — including your heart! So, always drink plenty of water and add additional electrolytes if possible. Also, make sure you take breaks out of the sun and notify your supervisor if you notice any symptoms of Heat Exhaustion. Your safety is our #1 priority!

Happy Birthday Everyone! We hope you enjoy your day.

Open Enrollment has come to an end but, until August 30th, you can make changes or adjustments to your 2019/2020 benefit elections. You can review the two flyers below to ensure the plan that you have elected is the right one for you.
