The Eagles Nest Business Club is a new concept to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles based on an initiative by the club and local business owner, Andrew Towner. The new program is designed for businesses who want to dip their toe into an NRL Club sponsorship at a lower than usual investment level.

The former Northern Beaches restaurant owner and now, Fancy Forks Hospitality owner has been working with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles since 2019 in a Business Development role.

“I’ve been involved in multiple business networking groups for years, and I saw a huge opportunity for business owners that were Sea Eagles fans like myself to get together and help each other’s businesses grow.

“I spoke to the Club about working out a way to help local businesses get involved without having to invest a huge amount of cashfl ow that most don’t have spare,” said Andrew.

“COVID put all our plans on hold, but now more than ever was the perfect time and opportunity to support each other coming out of what was a devastating two years.”

The Eagles Nest Business Club is a B2B networking group that gives business owners a glimpse into the inner sanctum of a Corporate Partnership and opportunity to meet and potentially do business with other local business owners within the group.

“Andrew has a real passion for networking and providing opportunities for businesses of all levels all across the Northern Beaches to be part of the Sea Eagles family,” said Sea Eagles Chief Commercial Offi cer, Luke Tucker.

“Already there are over thirty businesses across a wide range of different industries signed up and ready to start benefi ting from being part of the Eagles Nest Business Club.

“Our goal with this program is to generate strong business amongst the group that then helps to move Eagles Nest Business Club members up into becoming higher level Corporate Partners with the Club moving forward.”

There will be monthly networking events for the members to attend to get to know each other with the goal of everyone referring business to each other.

Included in the Eagles Nest Business Club membership are tickets to the Eagles Nest Corporate Hospitality Suite that is another new initiative that brings B2B networking together with a corporate game day hospitality experience at 4 Pines Park, Brookvale.
