CEC is incredibly proud of Year 9 student Mikey who competed in the UK British Schools Gymnastics Association Trampolining Finals on the 18th March
Wednesday 15th March saw the u15 girls play their final league match of the season.
Due to Ryde being unable to play their last league fixture we decided to play a final to determine which team would take away the trophy and which the runners-up position https://cowesec.org/key-
With the majority of the match being closely contested – battling the high winds as well as each other – it was an excellent spectacle, with our girls having the majority of chances on goal.
Unfortunately, early into the second half, one looping shot from Ryde managed to evade our defenders and despite valiant attempts to break through the Ryde defence, this remained the only goal of the match.
Overall a terrific effort – well played girls: Rosie, Emelyne, Lola, Gabi, Maisie, Erin, Lottie, Jess, Olivia, Nanci, Emily BM, Emily T-M, Tawnie and Julia.
He was amazing and finished an amazing 10th place in the whole UK! a huge well done to Mikey for his talent, hard work and determination. We are pleased to share information regarding recent and forthcoming Sports Fixtures.
