Also, it’s Little House On The Prairie’s 50th Anniversary! How could it be 50 year’s old! I remember the day it debuted and it instantly became my favorite series of all time. We have the details of the reunion!

PREPARING YOUR SPRING EXERCISE ARENA

SETTING UP A SPRING EXERCISE ARENA FOR YOUR HORSES

IS CRUCIAL FOR THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING

Setting up a designated exercise location is a wonderful way of getting your horse that needed exercise without getting distractions from a normal pasture or corral. It is also a safer option than using a regular pasture or corral.

When creating this space, consider the size of the arena, ensuring it is large enough for horses to move freely. Adequate fencing is essential to keep the horses safe and secure. Choose sturdy fencing materials and regularly inspect for any damage. Providing access to clean water sources within the arena

is vital to keep the horses hydrated. Additionally, ensure the pasture has proper drainage to prevent waterlogging. Choose the various exercise options that you will use. Poles, cones and barrels are popular exercise courses to get the most out of your exercise routines. Adding jumps and other structures, such as water ponds can help your horse battle its urge to spook and become unpredictable.

A designated horse exercise location will help with the benefits needed to get and keep your horse physically and mentally fit. A location away from other horses will be beneficial for not only focus, but safety.

Little House On The Prairie 50th Anniversary

SEMI VALLEY, CA

FANS FLOCKED TO SEMI VALLEY, CA FOR THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BELOVED SERIES, LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE.

Semi Valley, CA was buzzing with Little House On The Prairie fans and followers over the weekend of March 22-24 as they celebrated the series’ 50th anniversary. The area was transformed into a nostalgic haven, overflowing with joy and reminiscence. Many activities and attractions awaited visitors, allowing them to delve into the enchanting world of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s cherished novels and the iconic television

show that brought them to life. The Little House on the Prairie drama premiered in 1974 and ended in 1982 with 208 episodes.

The bustling event grounds resonated with laughter, excitement, and an overwhelming sense of community as fans from all walks of life gathered to pay homage to the timeless tale of the Ingalls family and the cast that played them.

The weekend was filled with fascinating exhibits and displays, showcasing the real-life artifacts and memorabilia that inspired the novels. As visitors strolled through the immersive replica of the Little House, they couldn’t help but feel transported back in time, immersed in the humble reality of pioneer life. The air was abuzz with anticipation as fans eagerly anticipated the special screenings of the show’s most beloved episodes, accompanied by insightful panel discussions with the cast and crew. The opportunity to meet the stars of the show and hear their personal anecdotes brought tears of joy and overwhelming gratitude to the eyes of many attendees. Throughout the weekend, the picturesque landscapes surrounding the event grounds mirrored

those described in Wilder’s novels, serving as a constant reminder of the profound impact her stories have had on generations.

The anniversary celebration of The Little House on the Prairie in Simi Valley was an unforgettable tribute to the enduring legacy of this beloved series, reminding us all that the values of love, family, and resilience endure, just like the enchanting stories that continue to inspire new generations.

Many of the original actors made the trek to Simi Valley to remember the castmates that had passed, give honor to them and interact with the fans, who some had traveled from distant countries to celebrate this once in a lifetime event. (cont’d)
