Job of the Month Regional Solution Consultant Manager / Regional Sales and Technical Enablement Manager To drive the expansion of Graphic Communication Solutions and Services (S&S) business including 3rdParty Solutions across 14 counties in the Region. The role will be responsible for the overall growth of the S&S Business from the current portfolio to new solutions expansion. Being a key technical point of contact for all Operating Companies (subsidiaries) to guide, mentor and drive S&S revenue in their respective countries. With a key focus on a technical consultant of Graphic Communication S&S you will be tasked with gaining a comprehensive understanding of each solution from a technical perspective and translate into customer needs and implement solutions alongside with subsidiaries. You will provide on-going regional training to support colleagues; Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation team across the region in growing their skills. You will also support subsidiaries’ customer engagement directly or virtually and review leads generation and pipelines with subsidiaries. You will be part of Regional S&S team to negotiate, source and on-board Strategic third parties’ software and hardware vendors who add value to our Graphic Communication Business, making sound market evaluations and determine preferred business partners. In essence, you will be a key person to fuel of our Graphic Communication Solution and Services revenue and profitable growth across the region. Do you have: • At least 10+ years of experience in multi-national company supporting Asia Pacific region with a proven understand of the region and its markets • Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Communications industry or within the software industry, with section of proven skills across –, Solution Selling, Product Management, Pre-sales, Solution Design, Systems integration, Technical Deliver • Commercial Print experience highly desirable. • Professionalism to work independent, manage time and resources • This person must be able to push boundaries, drive business expansion, so can’t have a “sit behind a PC or office type”. Real hands on for this position • Must have Commercial ability, handle go to market, since commercial achievement is very important for the team. They should also be able to conduct training to our local subsidiaries if the business calls for it. • The Regional Sales and Technical Enablement Manager will work closely with the Regional Solution marketing team and manage cross functional with Regional Technical support, subsidiaries’ Marketing and Technical teams to drive market engagements, pipeline development and deliver our end-to-solutions to customers. Above all, critical thinking and problem solving in the midst of ambiguity at times.
