2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Important information Academic registration time frames In order to ensure compliance with COVID-19 protocols for Higher Education institutions, only off-campus registrations will be possible, with online assistance. Undergraduate Registration (Including BTech/ Advanced Diploma programmes)

First-year students Off-campus and online registration is scheduled from 31 January to 18 February 2022. First-year students who have been fully accepted and are not awaiting final acceptance based on the recent 2021 NSC results may proceed with the registrations as early as 31 January 2022. First-year students with provisional acceptance based on the final 2021 NSC results: • Faculties will conduct final acceptance based on the final 2021 NSC results from Thursday, 27 January to Friday, 4 February 2022. • Successful students will receive an automated sms indicating their final acceptance. Secure your place by registering immediately after final acceptance or within 48 hours from receipt of the sms, as spaces in the programmes fill up quickly. Should you not do so, the place may be offered to another student

Returning students Off-campus and online registrations vary from faculty to faculty. Some programmes have been identified to commence with off-campus registrations (but with no assistance) from as early as Monday, 10 January 2022. 2
