They grow their own potatoes and, of course, berries. The beef is home reared or locally sourced. The menu is transformed every six months to showcase the diverse seasonal produce this area provides. linting away in the final rays of early winter sunshine, sitting proudly and magnificently on the corner of Micklegate and New Millgate, Delilah’s sparkles like a precious gem. Co-owners Eddie and Julie Rodgers are responsible for the transformation of the building, from a former clothes shop - to a training centre - to its present incarnation as Selby’s ‘swishest’ eatery.

i’ll drink to that... After much debate – and a few late night ‘sampling sessions’ – the Wine & Dine team have decided on their ‘official’ cocktail of choice – the Mojito! The traditional Cuban highball still tickles our taste buds despite an array of ‘new kids on the block’, and the fast moving trends of the drinks industry.
