Public Notice Of Meeting And Public Hearing Of The Industrial Development Board Of The City Of Jackson

Pursuant to TCA §7-53-305 (j), notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Jackson, Tennessee and Madison County, Tennessee, and to all persons interested that The Industrial Development Board of the City Jackson (the “Board”) shall meet and conduct a public hearing at the offices of Alexander, Thompson Arnold (ATA) at 227 Oil Well Road, Jackson, Tennessee on March 21, 2023 at 12:00 Noon on such matters before the Board including one or more Payment in lieu of Tax (PILOT) agreements.
