INGREDIENTES

MODO DE PREPARAÇÃO

800gr. de maçãs 6 ovos 1 pitada de sal 160gr de açúcar (ou fructose) casca de limão sumo de 1 limão 100gr de farinha

Descasque as maçãs e corte-as em fatias finas, no sentido vertical.

Regue as maçãs com sumo de limão para não escurecerem. Bata as claras em castelo bem firme e junte-lhes uma pitada de sal.

Adicione o açúcar, às colheradas, batendo sempre. Noutra tigela bata as gemas juntamente com a casca e o sumo do limão.

Misture cuidadosamente as claras com as gemas. Polvilhe com a farinha e bata bem, até as claras desaparecerem completamente.

Deite a massa numa forma untada e polvilhada com farinha.

Introduza as maçãs na massa, verticalmente, enterrando-as bem.

Leve a cozer no forno (T. 5-6) durante 40 minutos. É um bolo muito leve, sem gordura nem fermento e fácil de preparar.
