A cup of chestnuts (200gr) 2 cups of water A pinch of salt Blend
Chestnuts milk • Add your favourite fruit ( apple, banana) • Cut an apple in small cubes • Blend it again
Chestnuts milk •  Pour the mixture into a sieve Pour the mixture into a cloth lined sieve and gently squeeze all the milk out of the chestnut pulp.

The Pulp of Chestnuts 8 Tamara fruit 3 spoons of cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt 1 spoon of plain yogurt(opYonal)
Put all the ingredients in the blender
Form small balls
Roll the balls into : • Chia seeds • Grated Coconut • Cacao powder
