Chilton Saint James School was established in 1918 by Geraldine FitzGerald, a visionary of her time, who encouraged her girls to make their dreams become a reality. Bryn Griffiths Board of Trustees

Michelle Luping Board of Trustees Chair A consultant, and currently an Associate with Equinox Limited, Michelle joined the Chilton Board in September 2008. Appointed as Deputy Chair in 2010 she took on the role of Chair in May 2011. Michelle has had experience in the areas of Project and Programme Management, as well as Vendor Partnering and outsourcing relationship management, in her previous role at Contact Energy.

Formerly Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary for the Westpac Banking Corporation, she has skills which span the corporate, finance and legal domains. Married to Patrick Quirke and mother of one current and one past Chilton girl, Michelle is a past Chilton scholar and former Head Girl herself. She is also a past President of the Chilton Old Girls’ Association.

As Regional Head for BBY (NZ) Ltd Bryn has significant strategic finance and management experience. He joined the Chilton Board in 2012 and is an active member of the Chilton Parents’ Association.

Previously Bryn has been a business partner in a floral company and has also worked in the real estate industry both as a consultant and property manager. He has two daughters in the Chilton Junior and Secondary schools.
