ALUMNI WEEKEND S e p t e m b e r 19 – 21, 2014

Greetings Fellow Patriots! Welcome home! We are extremely excited to have you back on campus for Alumni Weekend. In my role with the Alumni Association, I have the wonderful opportunity to visit our Fairfax Campus several times per year. I have seen our university grow by leaps and bounds over the past several years. If you don’t get the opportunity to visit often, I am hoping you and your family will enjoy all the amazing changes George Mason University has seen, whether you are in Arlington, Prince William, or Fairfax this weekend. The one thing that hasn’t changed is the vision of our beloved alma mater. George Mason is and will continue to be innovative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and accessible. These core institutional values will be on display all weekend. Please enjoy the weekend, take in all of the sites on our campus, and connect with old friends while meeting new ones. See you at Dr. Cabrera’s State of the University and then later on at the Green and Gold Bash. With Patriot Pride, Chris “CP” Preston, ‘96 President, George Mason University Alumni Association

Throughout the weekend, you will see our Social Media Ambassadors walking around campus with our hashtag, #MasonAW. Please take a moment to chat with them about what Mason is like today. Alumni often remark on how impressive our students are today, and our ambassadors are outstanding. Enjoy your weekend. www.facebook.com/MasonAlumni www.twitter.com/masonalumni, @MasonAlumni LinkedInGroup: George Mason University Alumni Association www.instagram.com/MasonAlumni
