The Farm & Livestock.
The farm currently runs a herd of approximately 50 cows with calf. The soils are rich and fertile with the land rising from the river to rolling hillside.
Lucerne has been grown for hay and silage. Water is a standout feature with approx 1.2km frontage to the Wingecarribee River, high annual rainfall (803 millimetres), natural springs and 800,000 litres of water tank storage. There are excellent stands of native and introduced trees throughout the property plus a combination of improved and native pastures.
