SP3 TOURISM ZONING & DA
Mount Ashy Estate holds rare, and valuable, SP3 Tourist Zoning, limited to only nine properties in the Southern Highlands. A DA was submitted and approved in September 2020 for a function centre with a 170-person capacity.
