Don’t: like, share, and comment on our competition content When we like another industry player post, we give it an echo, a resonance, an additional “reach”. While we understand the laudable intention of liking a post, it only reinforces our competitors digital footprint.
Don’t: share internal news through your personal account To maximize our impact, it is essential that we publish first-hand information on our main accounts, particularly on LinkedIn. We would like to please request your support avoiding posting internal communications through your personal social networks accounts before it got published on our Enaex official account.
Avoid mistakes and negativity Be professional at all times: avoid personal subjects such as politics, religion, off-putting comments. Do not criticize or ridicule other people or companies. Remember, LinkedIn is a professional network, and people can see what you say now and in the future. Be watchful when responding to negative comments. Your response could derail unnecessary threads (have you heard the phrase "don't feed the trolls"?). LinkedIn algorithms thriveon interactions. Content promotion on people's feedsfor exchange without much thought on shared content is pointless.
