Understanding NextGen homebuyers is critical in today’s market. After surveying over 1000 NextGen respondents, we found that 92% have savings in some capacity, with retirement investments being most common. The type of savings was heavily dependent on demographics; Male respondents were 3.5 times more likely than female respondents to be investing in the stock market, and female respondents were more likely to have high-yield savings accounts. Despite financial challenges, like student loan and credit card debt, we see promising indicators of increased financial management and homebuying among NextGen buyers. DOWNLOAD THE GR APHIC
