Welcome to the latest edition of the Curbstone magazine, in which we show you a glimpse of our world of automobile and paddock lifestyle.

Years of dedication have made Curbstone the confirmed leader in track events, creating the best platform for drivers, industry professionals and manufacturers in Europe and the United Arab Emirates. The same dedication is also the driving force behind our more recent projects, creating prestigious Lifestyle events.

Our well-known Track and Test Days events offer you a calendar that takes you to the most iconic circuits in both Europe – we can call Spa and Le Castellet our homes away from home – and the United Arab Emirates, with exciting programs such as the GT1 and Curbstone Sports Club.

Our Travel branch is growing strong as well with over 150 participants for our unforgettable Lapland experience, and we expect our spectacular season finale in the Middle East to be a resounding success as well. It will be the icing on the cake of our second year of business in the UAE, during which we will further expand our program, to bring you even more interesting initiatives.

OUR TRAVEL BRANCH IS GROWING STRONG AS WELL WITH OVER 150 PARTICIPANTS FOR OUR UNFORGETTABLE LAPLAND EXPERIENCE, AND WE EXPECT OUR SPECTACULAR SEASON FINALE IN THE MIDDLE EAST TO BE A RESOUNDING SUCCESS AS WELL.

But that’s not all. Those familiar with our way of working already know that we continuously try to improve our offer, and with the new Total Look Rallies concept, an extraordinary trip down memory lane, we will also develop our Heritage branch.

Our portfolio of Lifestyle Events also includes the recently introduced and future-proof Automobile Show Concepts Portfolio and The Alternative.

The Portfolio event is the perfect combination of a contemporary car show and an elegant gastronomic experience with roadbook rallies. No wonder these events attract the attention of numerous car enthusiasts and trade professionals alike.

As a dedicated area for the alternatives to combustion engines, The Alternative is one of the important features of each Portfolio event. Prestige and premium car manufacturers offer test drives and seminar sessions to showcase their latest model or concept cars, all with drivetrains that comply with the latest emissions standards.

Curbstone is also an integral part of modern society. Curbstone has established a sustainability strategy, to both reduce the carbon footprint during events and to include more green policies in our corporate strategy. During our events, we already propose alternative car solutions to increase awareness and very shortly, we’ll be continuing to promote these and optimise event logistics.

The event is not only about admiring vintage cars, but also about reliving the unique culture and style of each decade through a funfilled weekend of driving, fashion, and photography.

Participants get to showcase their best vintage outfits and accessories in the ‘Concours d’Elégance’, with a chance to claim valuable prizes. There is also a photo competition that combines taking selfies in front of iconic locations along the rally route, with additional points for artistic merit and creativity.

But Total Look Rallies is not only about having fun. Part of the entry fees is donated to the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation and a rainforest conservation project. By participating in the event, you can make a positive impact on the future, while enjoying the excitement of the past.

CONCOURS D'ÉLÉGANCE

Several competitions will be organised during the rally. The first is the Concours d'Élégance, which usually take place on Friday afternoon. The participants will have to propose the most apt references to the decade by matching outfits, accessories, cars and music. Prizes will be awarded on Saturday evening during the gala dinner party.

PHOTO CONTEST

The second is the photo competition which will take place throughout the weekend. Competitors will have to take photos or selfies in front of specific locations indicated in the roadbook. You will have to include a humorous photo and an artistic photo. Prizes will be awarded for the most original photos.

DRIVERS CHALLENGE

The driver challenge is an exciting new contest to motivate our best gentlemen drivers...

In July, Curbstone will once again be holding an epic GT Tour that will end with the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa race. Two days to discover wild landscapes and scenic roads, stay in a luxury hotel and enjoy the racing action from the VIP lounge at the event.

Several sports car dealerships will host the start of this two-day GT Tour, and after an opening ‘Parcours de Concentration’ the day will end at our luxury hotel, where you can enjoy an exquisite dinner. The tour continues the next day, beginning at the Spa-Francorchamps track where you can witness the start of the world’s biggest GT race and enjoy all the on-track action from our luxurious VIP lounge.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES DRIVING EXPERIENCE

The UAE GT tour begins at the Dubai Autodrome, where you will have the opportunity to tackle a challenging and technical circuit that will put your driving skills to the test. After a thrilling day at the track, it’s time to head to Abu Dhabi, where the iconic Yas Marina Circuit awaits. You’ll have the chance to drive on the same track as racing legends like Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen and experience the thrill of this amazing circuit for yourself.

LAPLAND DRIVING EXPERIENCE

It’s become a tradition that at the beginning of the year we welcome you to Lapland for several GT Tours of our ice driving programme. Fly directly to Arvidsjaur in Swedish Lapland, and for four or three days you can drive to your heart’s content on the ice. Here you can feel all the power of the car as its spiked tyres pass over the ice of a frozen lake in Lapland. Pure ice driving sensations guaranteed!

All training support is provided by fully licensed instructors and include radio communication and one-on-one coaching. The cars provided by Curbstone are among the most powerful sports cars around.

These AZUR 2H Sessions are ideal events for clubs or owners of extraordinary vehicles, offering the added pleasure of enjoying a splendid evening together with friends. You can even reserve the track exclusively for your own use, so you and your guests are the only ones driving.

Under the supervision of Europe’s best coaches, the Curbstone Coach team, you’ll learn to improve all aspects of your driving technique, especially high-speed braking and smooth but fast driving. | AFTERWORK FORMAT

Curbstone’s APEX Training sessions have been created for any driver wanting to improve their driving style. In contrast to the rapidly accelerating costs, technical sophistication, and direct manufacturer involvement in the GT3 category, GT2 remains close to the origins of true supercars.

RACE CAR TESTING

FOR PROFESSIONAL RACE TEAMS AND THEIR DRIVERS

Test your GT, LMP and Cup cars before taking them to the races: that’s exactly what you can do with our GT-RACE offer. Every year, as of February, Curbstone offers a wide range of Test Days at many legendary racetracks to enable car manufacturers and professional racing teams and drivers to maximise their preparations for the racing season. Testing opportunities will be available throughout the year, as well as during and after the racing season.

Most of our Test Days run over two or three days, which will obviously double or triple the potential test time. At each circuit, Curbstone accepts an average of 25 cars on track. Furthermore, there will be no track limits and teams will be able to use the highest noise/dB limits on their cars.

PROFESSIONAL TEST DAYS FOR HYPER, LMP & LM/GT3/E CARS

With the new PRO DAYS by CURBSTONE x ORECA test day offer, Curbstone - Europe’s leading Track and Test day organiser - and ORECA - the motorsport company - join forces to create a new testing environment for professional racers, on some of the world’s most famous and demanding circuits.

Every year professional racing teams look for a highlevel test environment, to fully prepare for the racing season. As time is of the essence, maximising track time is crucial during these test sessions. That is why Curbstone and ORECA created the PRO DAYS by CURBSTONE x ORECA.

Only PRO racers (Pro & Pro-AM) will be allowed to participate in these new test days, with a limit of 15 cars on track. The PRO Days, organised under a 2-day format, are open to Hypercars, LMP2 and LMP3 cars, and GT3 or GTE/LMGT3 machinery.

Obviously, these PRO DAYS include a complete service offering as well. Not only there are the traditional tyre, fuel and timekeeping services, but there is a technical support of the ORECA engineering staff as well.
