MY DAILY HEALTHY MENU BREAKFAST My daily breakfast often has croissants with jam or chocolate. I drink chocolate shake or orange juice.

LUNCH My lunch usually has vegetables, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. For example: Yesterday, I had carrots, peas, nuggets and ham. Tomorrow, I am having fish with potatoes and onions.

DINNER My dinners are light. I usually eat salad and I don’t usually eat fats. I like onion soup, chicken, boiled eggs or omelette, vegetables, pasta, and a yogurt for dessert.
