Hi there! My name is Tejiri and I'm the voice of my group and I 'm going to introduce my healthy menu. It comes from Spain. I think you guys have tasted one of these. But anyways! Let’s get into it! Some of typical healthy breakfast are: Spanish tortilla

It’s made of eggs, onions and potatoes.

HEALTHY EATING Try it!!! In Spain the most delicious food is paella which is the best food in the world.

Breakfast: The typical breakfast in Spain is usually toast with oil, jam, butter, spreadable cheese or more to your liking and is complemented by a glass of milk with whatever you want.

Appetisers: The typical appetizers in Spain are the following: Roman squid, olives, almonds and Russian salad

Drinks: The typical drinks of Spain are wine, orange juice or lemonade that you can complement with the previous appetizers.

Main course: The typical main dish in Spain is: paella, There are several types of paella such as: chicken paella, rabbit paella or seafood.

Desserts: The most typical desserts in Spain can be rice pudding or Calatrava bread, which are very simple to prepare and very delicious to eat.

My daily healthy menu: In the morning when I have breakfast, I drink orange juice with four whole grain 10


crackers. For lunch ,I eat turkey breast and cheese sandwich and strawberries. Many times, I eat rice with beans and in the dessert I eat a slice of melon. For snacks I eat a banana and yogurt with oatmeal. At dinner sometimes I eat a piece of tortilla with spinach.

My daily healthy menu : BY: MARBELY In the morning, breakfast toast with tomato. Then mid-morning for lunch a ham sandwich. Then I eat salad with grilled chicken breast. At snack time I eat fruit. At dinner I eat a French omelette with tomato.

MY DAILY HEALTHY MENU by Luis Miguel BREAKFAST My daily breakfast often has croissants with jam or chocolate. I drink chocolate shake or orange juice.

LUNCH My lunch usually has vegetables, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. For example: Yesterday, I had carrots, peas, nuggets and ham. Tomorrow, I am having fish with potatoes and onions.

DINNER My dinners are light. I usually eat salad and I don’t usually eat fats. I like onion soup, chicken, boiled eggs or omelette, vegetables, pasta, and yogurt for dessert.

MY DAILY HEALTHY MENU BEAKFAST: I USUALLY HAVE PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST BUT ONLY AT WEEKENDS INSTEAD OF WEEKDAYS I USUALLY HAVE A SMALL GLASS OF MILK FOR BREAKFAST WITH A LITTLE COOKIES OR A BOLLICADO WITHOUT A COMPANION.

WHAT I USUALLY EAT IS VERY VARIED EVERY DAY BUT I WOULD SAY THAT WHAT I USUALLY EAT MOST IS PASTA, MACARONI, SPAGHETTI OR RICE FOR EXAMPLE TODAY I'M GOING TO EAT MACARONI HAHAHA.

DRINKS: THE DRINKS THAT I DRINK ARE ALSO VERY VARIED AS IS THE FOOD, FOR EXAMPLE TODAY I HAVE ACCOMPANIED THE MACARONI WITH COCA COLA BUT THE MEALS THAT I EAT EVERY DAY I USUALLY ACCOMPANY THEM WITH WATER, ACUARIUS, FANTA AND MORE.

DESSERT: AFTER EACH MEAL IT DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH, I USUALLY EAT A YOGURT OR A CUSTARD, IN SPECIAL THINGS I USUALLY EAT A WHOLE ORANGE

AFTERNOON SNACK: FOR SNACK IT HAPPENS TO ME THE SAME AS DESSERTS, IT IS NOT VERY VARIED, AT SNACK I USUALLY EAT A SANDWICH AND A LITTLE OTHER

MY DINNER EVERY DAY IS VERY VARIED I USUALLY EAT PIZZA, SALAD, FRENCH TORTILLA AND MANY OTHER THINGS BUT THE DINNER THAT I REPEAT THE MOST IS PIZZA

What I eat every day is very varied. Pasta, fish, meat or fruits and vegetables. And I don't usually eat a lot of sweets, just a little. 20


Breakfast: Normally, I have toast with oil and salt for breakfast and a glass of milk with Nesquik

Lunch: At lunch I eat many varied things such as fish, meat or pasta and most of the time I accompany it with a salad.

Dinner: I have dinner more or less the same as for lunch but with a slightly softer variety.
