What is ramen and where does that food come from? The Ramen is a dish originally from China, which landed in the Japanese country in the 17th century through Zhu, a Chinese politician and writer exiled after the defeat of the Ming dynasty. He was welcomed by a Japanese feudal king and to thank the gesture he offered him a plate of noodles with broth.
Ramen owes its origin to Chinese cuisine. The one that was consumed by its inhabitants as a simple soup of cut noodles, with veal bones.

Serves:4
Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1 Wheat flour
240g
Whole milk
240 ml
Egg
1
Salt
Ground black pepper Sunflower oil
Method: 1.First, we must prepare the chicken cuts. The recipe is calculated for a whole chicken, which we will separate into wings, thighs and breasts. We can cut the latter into two portions each. We reserve the carcasses to make broth. Of course, if we don't want to use a whole chicken, we can make the recipe with the pieces we want.
2.In a pan or wide pot we heat the oil, which we must
always keep at around 160º C. It does not make sense to use olive oil for this preparation, which in the US is always made with peanut or rapeseed oil, as it would transfer too much flavor to the chicken . The sunflower is perfect.
3.While the oil is heating, we arrange two bowls or deep plates. In one we mix the flour with salt and black pepper. In another, the beaten egg and milk.
4.Generously season each piece of chicken, we pass them first through the egg and milk mixture and then through the flour. With the help of a strainer, we make sure that a fine batter remains. We booked.
5.When the oil is at the correct temperature, we fry the pieces in batches. Turning them from time to time to make sure they are done correctly on all sides. The breasts will be ready in about 15 minutes, but the rest of the pieces should be friendose for 20 minutes. It seems like a lot, but if the oil is at the indicated temperature we will achieve a very crunchy coating and a juicy interior.
6.According to the pieces are ready, we arrange them in a tray on kitchen paper to eliminate the excess oil and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
