FREE COMMUNITY EVENT ‘CULTURED’ BRINGS CHAMBER MUSIC TO CIVIC SQUARE

The Orange Chamber Music Festival’s free community music, arts and heritage event Cultured will be held in the Civic Square this Saturday 11 March, supported by Orange City Council, Create NSW and the Orange Regional Arts Foundation.

Orange City Council’s Services Policy Committee Chair, Cr Mel McDonell says a series of performances will be held throughout the day at the North Court, Orange City Library, Orange Regional Gallery, Orange Regional Museum and the South Court by local and visiting musicians.

“If you aren’t familiar with chamber music or simply want to enjoy beautiful classical music, this is a great opportunity for members of the community to experience chamber music of the highest calibre in Orange’s vibrant cultural precinct,” Cr McDonell said.

“I encourage everyone to enjoy the community atmosphere of the event and celebrate the city’s vibrant cultural scene at Cultured 2023.”
