ORANGE PROSTATE CANCER SUPPORT GROUP

The group’s first meeting for 2023 was in the form of an afternoon tea at Eat Botanic. The meeting was completely informal, so that all the members present could have an open discussion on the future direction of the group in 2023.

Many ideas were presented and discussed. The final format will be finalised at our March meeting. The one item we agreed upon was that the group organise a meeting of all groups, associations or persons that are assisting people who are or have been a ected by cancer meet to let other groups know of their objectives, activities and assistance that they may require.

Our group will contact groups that we have knowledge of, but we ask any group that would like to attend the meeting to contact Charlie on 63611830 or charles.yvonne@bigpond.com. Working together we may be able to achieve more for our members.

At present we are looking at a meeting late April/ May, suggestions on time (day or evening) would be appreciated.

The group’s next meeting will be Tuesday, March 21, At Café Connect, 107 Prince Street Orange at 6pm.
