Described as an exhilarating performer with faultless technique and fearless command of the piano, Konstantin has performed under the baton of distinguished conductors including Vladimir Spivakov, Dmitry Liss, Tugan Sokhiev, Nicholas Milton and Alexandr Vedernikov.
For Orange, Konstantin has prepared a programme spanning 250 years from the brilliance of French Baroque composer Rameau to the fiery virtuosity of Liszt culminating with the grand ‘La Valse’ by Ravel.
The major work in the second half will be Prokofiev’s ground-breaking Sonata No.8 - the final one he ever wrote and one of the most dazzling pieces written for the piano.
The Romantic Piano will be performed at the Orange Civic Theatre on Thursday, March 23 at 8pm. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketek or call 6393 8111.
