Registration of Learners on the CXE Learning Portal There are two ways learners can register themselves on the CXE Learning Portal—via an email registration link or via self-registration from the portal’s login page.
Method 1: Email Registration Link 1. The CXE Admin will add learners to the CXE Learning Portal manually or by bulk list upload. As a learner, you will receive an email notification that your account is ready for activation. Click the activation link to create your password.

Method 2: Self-Registration 2. Visit the login page (https://cxe.cxelearning.com), then click Sign Up to self-register on the portal.

Alternatively, you can use the direct link: https://cxe.cxelearning.com/learner/sign_up.
Enter all the mandatory information required to sign-up, including Email Address, Password, and First Name and Last Name.

3. On successfully registering, you will receive an email notification to create an account along with instructions to sign-up on the Learning Hub mobile app using the CXE portal code* (if mobile app is enabled).

Learner Dashboard and Functions Login using the email id or your username and password. The portal will open in the Dashboard view. Learners will be able to view the Learner Dashboard. The Learner Dashboard provides quick access to information via widgets such as My Learning, Announcements, and My Progress.

On the Left Menu, you will be able to access: 1. My Learning: It shows all the courses that have been assigned to you or you have enrolled in.

2. Completed Courses: It shows all the courses that are started, in progress, and completed.

On the Top Menu, there are several sections including: 1. Knowledge Library: You can view the additional information and performance support content in this section. It is mostly meant for sharing content (apart from regular courses) with an intention to quickly help the learner refer to key pieces of information on relevant topics.

2. Contact Us: You can contact the CXE Support team in case of any technical questions or questions about the course.
3. Search: This is a text-based search feature. It will allow you to search through the title, description, and keywords of available and assigned courses.

4. Messages: In this section, you can view all notifications and communication which come from the CXE Administrator, as well as from other users on the platform.

5. Announcements: In this section, you can view any news or announcements that the CXE Administrator publishes for learners.

How To Access A Course on the Web Application § § § §

Login using the URL: https://cxe.cxelearning.com/learner/. You will be taken to the Dashboard. To access the courses, you need to click My Learning where all courses assigned to a learner are listed. You will see all the courses that have been assigned to you by a CXE Administrator or ones you have enrolled in. Click Open to access the course.
Once opened, you will see the learning objects within the course (“Learning Objects” are the different types of training delivery methods—video, PowerPoint presentation, recording, .PDF, etc.) The course name is mentioned to the top left of the screen. The course progress status (in percentage) denoted as a graphical illustration, is displayed at the top right, opposite the course name.

This is followed by a brief course description. Here you will find two buttons—Details and Rules.

Clicking Details will show a pop-up to display basic and additional information about the course, for example course description, type of course, first and last accessed dates, completion date, etc.

Clicking Rule will show a pop-up to display the completion policy, mandatory or optional learning objects, pre-requisites, etc., if applicable.

Each learning object has a dedicated Start button. Click it to access the learning object and thus initiate the learning activity.

To the right, a description of the selected learning object is displayed along with the completion status (whether its Completed, In Progress, Not Started), First Access Date, Last Access Date, and Completion Date. These dates are dynamically updated based on the completion status of the course.

How To Access A Course on the Mobile Application The App is available for download in Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS), respectively. Once the app is downloaded and installed, click My Learning Hub. A page will open where you need to enter your Portal Code. The code is 6 digits long, provided by your CXE Admin.

The sign in page to the portal will open. Populate the fields to login. o Language: Preferred language can be selected from the dropdown here. o Username/Email Address: Registered username/email address should be entered here. o Password: The password should be entered here.

On a successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard. You can see the number of courses that are assigned to you, your course progress, and many other widgets.

My Learning is accessible from the bottom of the screen. Here you can see a list of courses you are enrolled in to or see the list of courses assigned to you by the CXE Admin. Filters are available in the upper right corner to fine-tune your search for courses. Courses will be displayed with details like Course Name, Course Category that are displayed along with the status, such as Completed, Not Started, etc. Also, Date and Time data are shown on click of the Information icon. The Details button beside the thumbnail display’s details like First Access Date, Last Access Date and Completion Date. The Rules button is provided to check rules such as which learning assets are mandatory or optional, pre-requisites for a learning asset, views allowed, etc. Also, the completion policy is displayed below the rules. Click à next to the learning object name to start learning.

On completion of a course, the certificate can be accessed using the Certificate button.
