THE ROLE OF THE COACH Good times and bad times Kim Forteza, ProCycling

Abstract In any training process, the role of the coach will be vital to achieve shortmedium and long term objectives. Likewise, we must be ready for possible bad times that may arise during the season and we must know how to best

manage them. By learning from mistakes we will be able to improve. Continuous dialogue with the athlete and mastering certain techniques that have little to do with the strictest knowledge of training theory are also necessary.
