AIESEC Business Model is not a theory but it needs to be embedded and lived up to our key value proposition: Leadership Development. Our membership needs to believe, lead and tell the story of our LDM and focus on the activities that deliver our true value during customer experience facilitation .

Our customers need to live our value proposition through all stages of their interactions with the organisation. At the end, AIESEC has to empower them to start a life-long journey – their growth is not over after their ELD experience.

We believe LEADERSHIP is the fundamental solution for all world issue. The 4 LDM Elements (the 4 icons) are the main elements we are developing while the 12 Defining Elements (the description under each icon) are what we facilitating.

Our customers who take up our exchange programmes will need to go through both inner and outer journey, which will be a platform for their leadership development. The interaction between AIESEC and its customers through all stages will be a channel to develop both AIESEC members and Exchange Participants.

These 6 Global Learning Environment will be the facilitation method for LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT that AIESEC applies.
