Brenda Erickson

Director, Corporate Supply Chain, ConocoPhillips Company experience as the Board Chair of the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA). The WBEA is a leading thirdparty certifying organization that serves 750 women-owned business enterprises representing 15 billion dollars in revenue and more than 40,000 jobs in 94 Texas counties. Helping women establish a place in various businesses with equal opportunities and the right skills and roles to build capacity and success are a great passion. Brenda has the utmost respect for these entrepreneurs. Being part of the diversity programs and developing others for the past 11 years has been a very rewarding commitment for Brenda and her company. Brenda grew up in Moline, Illinois – Home of the John Deere tractor and hard work. She graduated as a proud Hawkeye from the University of Iowa and started out as a teacher before moving into the energy field. Currently Brenda sits on a few other boards Waterway Wealth Management and is committed to supporting United Way, Junior Achievement, Wycliffe, and her local Houston and hometown churches. Family is first and she especially loves being with her parents in Illinois and her extended family which can be a challenge as they are spread across the United States. Her brothers and sister have blessed her with four outstanding nieces and three exceptional nephews. The most important mentor relationships are with these seven as they grow into accomplished young adults.

head up various teams such as Talent Management, Procure 2 Pay (P2P), and then onto Corporate Supply Chain, Sourcing and Contracts. During her career Brenda has enjoyed being a mentor to more than 100 individuals. Brenda believes building leadership skills for all and being a developmental supervisor is essential to building great companies and supporting those individuals with growth opportunities. Brenda also loves the challenge and change in the Energy Industry, her Church and her Family and Community. Along the way she has especially enjoyed developing and working with others to share her skills and life experiences.
