Stanford has been the executive producer of The Wash Allen television and radio shows for over 25 years. She was the Executive Producer for the Sammy Davis Jr. Awards Show “Sammys” benefitting The Peoples’ Workshop for Visual and Performing Arts and the Coca-Cola Variety Celebrity Revue. She organized and promoted Coca-Cola “Share the Dream” Essay Contest and Awards Program for high school students for 15 years. She has worked with such celebrities as Beyonce, James Brown, Ben Vereen, Jose Feliciano, Anthony Pena, Bobby Womack, Janet Dubois, Greg Anderson, Freda Payne, Dixie Brown, Victor Rivers and Hubert, Ronnie, Eloise and Debra Laws as well as many others. Stanford served in 2015 as the Vice President of American Advertising Federation, Houston Chapter. Currently, she serves on the National Board of Directors for Sisters Network Inc. and Board Member of the NAACP - Houston Chapter. She also served as the President of the Board for Variety, The Children’s Charity of Houston. During her tenure of three years, she personally raised over $500,000+ for the organization. Stanford is a determined trailblazer, who has broken many barriers in the marketing and communications arena and has many “firsts” in her resume.
