Before founding Jerrold Construction, Davis earned his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Houston, also having impressive and extensive experience leading construction projects for Turner Construction, Jordan Foster Construction, and Meritage Homes, among others. “I knew before starting Jerrold Construction, I needed to gain the ins and outs of the construction business, how to be an effective leader, and how to manage projects. After graduating from UH and working for major construction companies, I not only received the foundational elements to achieve in this business, but also the skillset to understand the process for successful completion of construction projects from start to finish,” said Davis.
