From The editor!

happy september! Now that we’ve all become adjusted and used to virtual learning, I hope everyone will get to participate in our club’s service projects and events! Also welcome new Key Club members who joined from their school’s Club Rush! We had many events this month, such as Region 16’s Super Sta-RTC and the Donate for a Challenge event. It was fun to see all of the challenges posted on our member’s stories. Thank you to everyone who attended and partcipated in this month’s events! In this issue you’ll find spotlight service events submitted by our members, as well as a recap for our last DCM. More upcoming events will also be posted on our Instagram, @d07wghosts, so don’t forget to look out for our updates. Lastly, don’t forget to submit articles and visuals to be featured on next month’s newsletter. Stay safe and I hope to see everyone at our next online event!

Hello ghosts! I hope you are all now accustomed to virtual learning and enjoying Key Club from home! Even though we still can’t meet in person, this past month has definitely produced many great events and projects! First, Congratulations to Inderkum for winning the Donate for a Challenge points! And thank you to everyone who participated…. We raised over $200! I am so proud of each club for promoting that event. We also picked our division t-shirt! Thank you to Isaiah Castillo for designing such a beautiful shirt to represent a beautiful division! September 19th was also Region 16s’s Super Sta-RTC! Thank you to all of the ghosts and advisors who logged in to learn more about Key Club and showed your Region Sweet 16 spirit! Please also attend our upcoming service event, Love for the Elderly! That will be hosted on September 27th from 11:00-12:00. I can’t wait to see you all at more virtual events soon!

During the first week of school, we answered math questions to help other students around the world. For every On Saturday, August 15th, our key clubbers went to TapEX to support our club! It was very successful and we enjoyed a nice cool drink on a warm sunny day. Of course, our members practiced social distancing by wearing our face masks.

math question answered correctly, UNICEF is gifted $0.25. We had a lot of fun serving our community at home. As a club, we gifted UNICEF $1,635.65 and we hope that our gift will help many students get a better education and get the supplies they need.

NP3

ltg visitation

Before the initiation of our 20202021 Key Club this year, we had a meeting with our DLT, Holly to pose any questions or concerns we had with our new circumstances. It was nice to get to see each others faces and clear any questions before the new school year.

This is our Google Classroom page that will act as a platform to allow students to interact, post ideas, and receive information this year.

FIRST meeting In the commencement of the 20202021 School year, NP3 key club was able to host its first meeting on Wednesday August 19, where many of our Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors attended the informational meeting on what is to come in the new school year. We announced information including our fundraising plan, how to become a member and where to find member applications, and how to join our google classroom. Distanced learning has presented a challenge to find new ways to help our club and community, and we have a big team of passionate students ready to contribute.
