Note from Li Teh Hello Division 7 West, Welcome to the June newsletter! Thank you for attending the April DCM and I hope that many of you will choose to attend the End of Year Banquet + May DCM on May 22nd from 12:30pm-2:00pm. I received many applications for our DLT and I am proud to announce that we finally have our Division Leadership Team! I’m so excited to work with these amazing people and I hope that you can get to know them too!

May and June mark the end of the 2021-2022 school year, let’s make sure to continue to serve even over the summer. If you’re thinking about running for a club position next term or would like to learn more about Key Club, please be on the lookout for more information on the June DCM + Officer Training Conference (OTC)!

This is Li, your LTG! I am an upcoming senior at Inderkum High School! I can't wait to see all the amazing things that you will do as leaders in spirit and service! Who knows what challenges await us in the future... but with all of you, I know that we can get through it together!

Lt. Governor Hello! My name is Tovya Michael, and I am currently a sophomore at Inderkum High School.

I’m excited to be your Executive Assistant for the 2021-2022 term! I have been a part of Key Club for two years and have found my passion for service through the club. I enjoy baking, knitting, crocheting, and drawing in my free time. I'm looking forward to serving you as your EA, and can't wait to see what this year holds!

I’m a junior at River city high school. Some things about myself is that I am a Taurus and I also love watching Kdramas and anime. I enjoy going on hikes and spending time with friends and family.

Some of my hobbies also include reading, drawing, painting, and eating at new places.

Media TC Hi I am Isaiah Castillo, I am an upcoming Junior and have been in key club since my Freshmen Year. I have pursued my interest in art and design since middle school. On April 24th, 36 members and officers attended the Division Council Meeting and it was wonderful to see everyone who attended!

In addition to division updates, we played a digital Hogwarts escape room for our icebreaker! We also reflected on DCON 2021, sent a feedback form for planning reference, and shared club updates.

Cranes for Cancer Key Clubbers folded and mailed origami cranes to help support cancer patients receiving treatment 6 cranes added up to a max of 1 hour Key Club service

Donations to STEAC Right and Relevant Members could donate all types of clothing to All things Right and Relevant, a consignment shop part of STEAC’s Suit Up for Success Program 5 pieces of clothing were equivalent to 30 mins of Key Club service with a maximum of 1 hour

On April 19th, we had our first board meeting with the new board members. We discussed the various event ideas that each member had.

We are also planning a Keychain Fundraising event in which we will hold a contest to see who has the best designs, and the one with the most votes will be used and sold.

We had our Club meeting on April 23rd. Senior awards, face shield drop-off, and dog toy drop-off were some of the topics we discussed. We also informed the members about the keychain design contest and its requirements.

Senior Collage Our April and May service project was creating a senior collage to thank our school's seniors. This entailed for members to create a colorful, square design having the words "Thank You" visibly written.

Each design provided members 0.5 an hour of service. And on May 1st, we held a Zoom call for members to make the designs together. So far, we have 9 designs submitted.

Game Night Social

On May 8th, we held a Game Night Social to help members interact with each other while online.

For this game night, we played games we all know and love, Kahoot and Jeopardy. We had 5 members participate in this event and they all earned 1 Key Club point.
