NOTE FROM LT. GOVERNOR LI TEH HELLO DIVISION 7 WEST! Being Lieutenant Governor was my dream since the end of my sophomore year! It had seemed so far away and despite wanting to serve, I felt that I didn’t have the prerequisites to be a good Lieutenant Governor. As Winston Churchill once said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” After many failures and much perseverance serving as club president at Inderkum, I have grown and learned a lot. I now proudly serve you as your Lieutenant Governor for the 2021-2022 term! I can’t wait to see all the great things you will do this term. Regardless of it being virtual or in-person, I’m confident that you can serve our community, and escalate our Key Club spirit!

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. - Winston Churchill

For me, everything starts with a dream. Envision what you want to see happen this term and we can make it happen to the best of our abilities! My slogan for this term was “DREAM, believe, achieve” because we have to dream big first. Dreaming is the starting point of all miraculous things, and you are very much capable of creating miracles! Make sure to check out page 4 and share your dream! I will be compiling these for our May newsletter! Your dream doesn’t have to be related to Key Club but please keep it safekey!

- Li

KRISTEN CHUNG IP DNE 20-21

Becoming a part of our division’s first DLT was an exciting experience! Because our division was new, we got to start our own traditions and rules for the division. I was happy to receive more and more articles as the months went by. Although most of our events were online, I enjoyed getting to interact with all of our members!

Members from both schools played Jeopardy and online card games to send off the new 2021-2022 Key Club term. In between game sessions, members from both clubs also donated money to help fight global starvation by playing Unicef’s Math Games for Good and answering questions on the site BeanBeanBean.
