division goals
DECEMBER DCM GIVING The month of December filled our hearts by giving to others and to our Division 37 East Jelly Family! At the Division Council meeting, Jellies embraced this feeling in having our own mini donation. Members participated in writing letters to their future selves and the goals they aspire for in the new year. Here’s a Jelly’s take on their experience at the DCM:
The December DCM was a great experience. Our service event was making dog toys and donating them to the San Diego Humane Society. We made the dog toys by ripping up t-shirts and tying them together at the ends. Also, the first 25 attendees were able to get a face mask to destress! This was a sure fire way to improve their break after finals. The other event that took place was writing letters to our future selves or to appreciate another person in Key Club. It was a beneficial way to reflect on our goals for the new year or just to show our gratitude in the Jelly Family. Overall, it was just really successful Council Meeting and it especially fun bonding with fellow Jellies. It let everyone destress after finals and welcome in the new year and decade!
