In hindsight, when we look back over the last twelve months of this program year, we may encounter situations where delegation could have worked better. We may even encounter situations where it was not done at all. This exercise, in identifying such circumstances, is beneficial to help us understand the importance of delegation. Observe the change
his is our second last edition and probably the last time I am writing my address as Public Relations Manager. Time surely does fly, and a lot has changed over the last year. While some of you may argue that we are still living a virtually templatised life in this real world something which started a little over a year ago - and so nothing has changed, I would beg to differ. In my case, I got engaged, I got promoted, I wrote GMAT for the first time, I got Covid and recovered from it! I also got the opportunity to stay and work from three different cities in the country and so there has been a constant scope the tenure - that is also a change. If you are not of change for me. able to relate to any change through the means of Toastmasters, always remember that you I am sure a few things may have changed for learned the art of surviving a pandemic and you too, believe it or not. JUHI MUSKAAN NAMRATA PRAJWAL ur journey with the designers has been quite harmonious and enthralling. Watching our words being converted into beautiful visuals was only possible due to the brilliance of the design team! We are like family now and the success of every newsletter would have been incomplete without them. It has been a beautiful experience working with them and is something we shall miss terribly.

A
t the first meeting, we were enthusiastic about the newsletter design because our target was to meet international standards. ANUP ABILASH SATHVIK We needed to establish a standard process for designing the newsletter. The editorial team helped us a lot. Our experience is summed up beautifully by Robin Sharma’s quote,“Changes are hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”. For the first two editions we burnt the midnight oil to reach the target, and then we dug deep to define a process and shared it amongst our team. We learnt something new in every edition which made us work harder and smarter for the upcoming edition.
