In the real estate sector, digitalisation and sustainability are two aspects that also go hand-in-hand. For example, according to a Bitkom study, the use of digital tools to ensure a more efficient provision of heating and hot water will allow millions of tons of CO 2 emissions to be avoided in Germany alone. eite Felder und Wiesen, Wälder und Seen – und natürlich das Meer – prägen die Landschaft Norddeutschlands. Auf der weitläufigen Hofanlage sind neben dem Gutshaus weitere historische Bauten erhalten wie etwa das markante Torhaus. Das Hotel-Restaurant „Ole Liese“ befindet sich in einem alten Gasthof, der seinen Namen einem Testament aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert verdankt. Der Erblasser regelte darin die Versorgung seiner Pferde, eines davon die „alte Liese“. In der „Ole Liese Wirtschaft“ locken bodenständige, dennoch raffinierte Gerichte mit regionalen Zutaten. Das Gourmetrestaurant „1797“, ausgezeichnet mit einem Michelin-Stern, begeistert seine Gäste mit exzellenten Menüs in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. he landscape of northern Germany is dominated by sprawling fields and meadows, forests and lakes – and of course by the sea.
