The host Bangladesh have taken the field for the only Test against visiting Zimbabwe in the series. Zimbabwe made 265 runs in the first innings at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. Nayeem Hasan and Rahi bowled in the first session of the second day. The touring team could not add too many runs on the second day due to the controlled bowling of the Tigers.
