Chamber President’s Message

As the president of the Pleasant Grove-Lindon Chamber of Commerce, I am honored to work alongside our dedicated board of directors, members and civic leaders in building a strong business community that, in turn, creates a strong, vibrant community for all of us.

The Pleasant Grove-Lindon chamber was founded in 1910 as the Boosters Club, Commercial Club and Wasatch Club. This year, we are celebrating 111 years as a chamber, and we are excited to carry on the legacy started in 1910. One of the first projects they took on was creating welcome signs for our great communities.

One of the chamber’s goals is to work toward improving the quality of life for all through the support and commitment of its members and committees in recognizing we are “open for business” and in creating that “welcome” for all our businesses as in the past. We are always proud to sponsor and be part of events throughout the year to accomplish these goals. Our motto is “Where Relationships Matter.” This is so important in all we do and believe it here at the chamber.

To create that “welcome,” we must do it together. My message is that through participation, we will grow our businesses and build a better community. Relationships do matter in all we do. We must stay connected, actively get involved and support one another. I look forward to a great 2021 and appreciate being part of a great organization.
