Meet Chef RAY PAGALANAN
“CHEF RAYYYY!” This is the way many staff start their conversation with Chef Ray followed by a classy fist bump.
The reason behind this is Chef Ray considers everyone family, in fact the first question we asked Ray was “What is your favourite memory of working at The Workers?” His response was simple, yet sweet – “My favourite memory happens everyday when I come into work because everyone I have met over the years are not just my friends, they are family”.

Ray started his journey here at Workers back in Autumn 2005 as a grill chef in Hi-lights Revolving Restaurant.
For many years Chef Ray worked in the prep kitchen. If you have ever ate at a function/event at any of our venues, it is likely your dish was prepared by Chef Ray himself!
Recently promoted to Sous Chef, Chef Ray gets even more excited as he prepares each dish, he enjoys seeing the smiling faces after patrons take their first bite.
Chef Ray has mastered a variety of dishes from around the world and uses those skills to come up with new menu items that you see and eat each day!
