Kittitas County has an active, vibrant community of artists, musicians and performers. There’s a wide array of galleries, and performances are scheduled throughout the year.

420 N. Pearl St. | Ellensburg, WA 98926 509-925-5638 The 420 LOFT Art Gallery is located in the historic 420 Building in downtown Ellensburg. Recently renovated, the second floor space hosts monthly exhibits of local and regional artists.
n CLYMER MUSEUM OF ART

Pearl St. | Ellensburg, WA 98926 (509) 962-6416 Open 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday Saturday, noon-4 p.m. and until 7 p.m. on the first Friday of each month The Clymer Museum of Art features a year-round exhibit of John F. Clymer original works. Clymer, born in Ellensburg in 1907, is well known for his many illustrations featured on the covers of “Field and Stream” and “The Saturday Evening Post.” His large oil paintings depict the many faces of life, from family outings to cowboys and Native Americans. Later in life he began to focus his work on the Pacific Northwest landscapes. The museum, also a First Friday Art Walk venue, shows many local artists, has a gift shop, special events and a big holiday show. The Clymer Museum also offers regular art classes, workshops and artist guest lectures.

n DICK AND JANE’S SPOT
101 N Pearl St | Ellensburg, WA 98926 (509) 925-3224 Welcome to Dick and Jane’s Spot... an art site and a home. Dick and Jane made most of the art you see but we have also collected art. The works of over 40 Northwest artists are on display in the yard. Generally, what you see from outside the fence is what you see. The rest is our private yard so please respect the fences. The Spot has been a work in progress for 35 years. There are over 10,000 bottle caps and thousands of reflectors. The pieces in the yard are always changing. Old pieces decay and new ones are added.
n ELLENSBURG RODEO HALL OF FAME
416 N Pearl Street | Ellensburg, WA 98926 The Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame Association (ERHOF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1997 to preserve the history and traditions of the Ellensburg Rodeo. Since its founding, the Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame has conducted annual banquets on Thursday evening of Rodeo Weekend, selecting and honoring Inductees in the categories of (1) National Contestant; (2) Local Contestant; (3) Participant (clown, judge, announcer, trick rider, stock contractor etc.); (4) Volunteer Organizer; (5) Livestock; and (6) Pioneer Rodeo Family.
