Romance or Showmance? Celebrities in love? Or just promoting their latest film?
Why celebrities create a fake romance?
Celebrities like to keeps themselves relevant. If you are reading about their relationship in tabloids, and they are in the public eye a lot, they are more likely to be seen by directors and get cast in films. Publicit� boost the couples pay check, if they are the main characters in film, they will get paid more as a couple in tabloids and will increase awareness of the film, and save the production money.
Romance or Showmance?
It helps to maintain their brand as a sex sy�bol, as unfor��nately statistically women won’t go see a film with a gay man as the leading role, they prefer to see a st�aight man, sometimes use act�esses as a beard. Nex� time your reading a magazine about the ins and outs of relationships in the public eye, or at the cinema watching a film what ever�one is talking about. Think...Romance or Showmance?

Daisy Sunshine Conway
I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator studying at Leeds College of Art doing BA (hons) Graphic Design. I am interested in Illustration and bespoke packaging design. Studying at Leeds College of Art has taught me how to manage time efficiently, handle multiple briefs and deal with live briefs and real clients.
Work Experience
2006 - 2007 - The Snack Bar I started working at the Snack Bar when I was 13 years old, although I was just washing up I learnt about being punctual and developed a good work ethic. 2008 - 2009 - Otley Action for Older People For my Duke of Edinburgh award I decided to volunteer at a local charity called Otley Action for Older People. I would take time to help arrange days out, and raise money for the charity. 2007 - Present - The Pink Teapot I have worked at the Pink Teapot for several years as a waitress, and part time manager. I have many responsibilities and have picked up valuable skills, such as working with customers. As well as doing this I have designed all of the branding and printed ephemera used there.
