STAND UP AND CLAIM the space, positive PR: A. DELIVER Proven history and connected stories, positive programs and efforts B. Obvious benefit of long standing position contributing to the community C. Drive higher perception of exceeding programs and delivering success to students D. Create Buzz on the street through social media and campus to reflect importance of unity of curriculum, family programs, sustaining community growth and public school being the anchor of the community. 2.Create your own initiatives that will resonate quickly throughout the environment A. Media blitz B. Technology, education, program initiatives C. Provide details and build awareness, build perception with proven data and results

Organic Program to drive HIGH VISIBILITY STRATEGIC MARKETING RESPONSE a. Loyalty PR campaigns (e.g. It’s your school, don’t abandon your neighborhood school) b. Cultural Outreach (e.g. Strong diversity awareness giving parents control perception) c. Neighborhood Values (e.g. if the school fails, the neighborhood will fail) d. Reward Programs (e.g. Incentives students, families and community with recruitment) e. Scholastic Giveaway (e.g. Determine what we give for recruitment incentive)
