Terrence Coles

Mr. Terrence Coles has a wealth of experIse including development of a comprehensive Digital Media soluIons and Architecture for large scale Media Companies and Ier 1 Cable, IP & Wireless distribuIon including development of a Digital Media reference architecture, requirements, program management, use cases, implementaIon roadmap and cross discipline project alignment. Mr. Coles is currently working at OpenX Technologies overseeing mobile and video moneIzaIon and complex system integraIon for mobile and video. He was most recently a Digital Media Competency Lead/SoluIon Partner for EMC ConsulIng managing P&L responsibiliIes, Project Delivery as well as staffing for large scale enterprise projects focusing on business and technology consulIng offering operaIonal strategy, business process and systems, integraIon soluIons to clients in the communicaIons media& entertainment (CME) industry. Mr. Coles has more than 20 years of media industry experience, spanning film, music, adverIsing and e-­‐commerce and has spent the last 12 years in the interacIve and digital producIon areas including 8 years of mentorship at the American Film InsItute’s Digital Content Lab. Prior to joining EMC ConsulIng, Mr. Coles served as ExecuIve Vice President for NextMedium, a next-­‐generaIon adverIsing marketplace plaNorm company that launched the market’s first brand integraIon soluIon in conjuncIon with Nielsen Media Research. There he worked on the core plaNorm architecture as well as negoIaIng agreements with adverIsers and content producers. In addiIon, Mr. Coles worked with a leading brand integraIon firm that represented top companies in their respecIve industry, such as Volkswagen, Beck’s Beer, Fuji Film, Krad, LL Bean and Fender Musical Instruments. Prior to his most recent work in digital media consulIng, Mr. Coles served as SVP of Programming for Intertainer, a pioneering Video On Demand company with responsibiliIes for contract negoIaIons for content, adverIsing and e-­‐commerce, in-­‐house producIon acIviIes, day-­‐to-­‐day programming and content acquisiIon/management. His work resulted in the licensing of content from over 75 providers including Sony, Warner Bros, Universal, NBC, NaIonal Geographic, PBS, Discovery and others to renowned service providers, such as Comcast, Qwest, Microsod, etc. In addiIon, Mr. Coles has held adverIsing sales and markeIng posiIons for several media companies, including Katz CommunicaIons, Infinity BroadcasIng, America Online and Lycos. Mr. Coles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business AdministraIon from California State University, Fullerton.


(RET.) BRIGADIER GENERAL ARNOLD GORDON-­‐BRAY, U.S. ARMY

A naIve of South Carolina, graduated High School in Waynesville, Missouri and as a DisInguished Military Student through the ROTC program at Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Missouri and transiIoned from the United States Army January 1, 2013.

Prior to his transiIon he was the Deputy Director of OperaIons with the United States Africa Command, headquartered in Stu"gart Germany. His other strategic staff assignments include: Director of OperaIons, Plans, Training, Emergency Services and MobilizaIon, HQ IMCOM, San Antonio, Texas; Deputy Commanding General of Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, Virginia. Commi"ed to Soldiers by heart and experience he completed his second tour in Iraq as the principal Advisor to the Iraqi Ground Force Commander (2006-­‐2007). He returned to Fort Monroe where he served as the Army’s Director of Joint and Army ExperimentaIon Division and was one of the founding members of the Futures Center and Army CapabiliIes IntegraIon Center (ARCIC), Training and Doctrine Command (2003-­‐2006). BG Gordon-­‐Bray’s command assignments include: Brigade Commander, 2nd Brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division (Falcon Brigade), where he changed command in Baghdad on 6 July 2003 ader more than 25 months; Ba"alion Commander of the 1st Ba"alion 508th Airborne Combat Team in Vicenza, Italy, from 1996-­‐1998; Commander “A” Company, 1st Ba"alion 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment; and Commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Among his Medals are the Army DisInguished Service Medal (Army’s highest peaceIme Award), Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit (4th Award); Bronze Star Medal (2nd Award); Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award); and the Meritorious Service Medal (6th award). He has also received the Army PresidenIal Unit CitaIon Award, Joint Meritorious Unit Award (2nd Award), the Army Valorous Unit Award; and the Saint Maurice (Primicerius) Medal and Saint Barbara Medal for Infantry and ArIllery excellence respecIvely. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Missouri State University and Master's Degrees in InternaIonal and Strategic Studies from the United States Air War College, Montgomery, Alabama, and the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island respecIvely.



NiColeIe LiIle, MSIA, PMP, CSM

NiCole"e Li"le has over 25 years of experience creaIng soluIons and programs to deliver strategically-­‐aligned informaIon technology projects in the electrical contracIng, distribuIon / logisIcs, public housing, mental health, and retail industries. Her exemplary business acumen, experIse in project management, strength in technology, and management of human resources has given her the requisite tools to create programs and services aligned with company goals and objecIves while delivering at the highest level of customer saIsfacIon. Currently NiCole"e is the PMO/ApplicaIons Director at Hot Topic, Inc. where she provides strategic management of Merchandising, HR, Finance, POS and Business Intelligence OperaIons. She leads a team of PMs, Business System Managers, Lead analysts and analysts responsible for execuIng projects with in the IT project porNolio. She is directly responsible for program/project management for large strategic iniIaIves, most notably the successful implementaIon of Oracle RMS, RESA, REIM, RPM, RIB, and Retail AnalyIcs (RA) implementaIon in 13 months. With her role requiring over 90% experIse in communicaIon, NiCole"e rounds out her skill set with conInued educaIon most recently compleIng a course “ The Neuroscience of Leadership”. NiCole"e has also provided excellent program and project management service in a highly matrixed organizaIon, implemenIng Hot Topic’s loyalty program which accumulated 5.3 million members in the program’s first year and 52% redempIon rate from issuing 1.2 million customer coupons. She has held previous posiIons at Hot Topic since starIng in 2006. She was a Lead Programmer Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager and PMO Director. Prior to Hot Topic, Inc., NiCole"e served as Director of InformaIon Systems for Community Research FoundaIon, a San Diego, CA based non-­‐ profit provider of mental health services. NiCole"e has served as MIS Manager for Bergelectric, a $600 million electrical contractor in Escondido, CA and provided excellent management of all aspects of informaIon systems. She served as Director of Technical Support for Nan McKay and Associates, a San Diego, CA based professional training & coaching company. NiCole"e is the Director of Membership of a local PMI Chapter and is creaIng a membership retenIon program. She volunteers her Ime to grow and expand the project management community in the Inland Empire.
